Refunds may be requested for unused class packages, workshops, or event registrations purchased directly through CALMSLOWYOGATOWN. To be eligible, the purchase must be verifiable in our system and made under your registered name and contact details. Membership subscriptions are eligible only under the conditions outlined below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. For workshops or special events, refund requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. After these periods, purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Refunds will not be issued for partially used class packages or memberships. If a class package has been used even once, it becomes non-refundable. Monthly memberships must be canceled prior to the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Promotional or discounted purchases may have separate terms, clearly stated at the time of sale.
CALMSLOWYOGATOWN reserves the right to evaluate exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Documented medical emergencies or studio-initiated class cancellations may qualify for alternative arrangements, including credits or refunds at our discretion.
